# Standing With Jordan's Celiac Community: Hello Donates Gluten-Free Sauces to CCCPS
Building products that work for everyone has always been part of how Hello thinks about food. Many of our sauces are naturally gluten-free, which makes them safe for the growing number of Jordanian families who live with celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity. So when an invitation came to take part in a community event organised by the Charitable Society for the Care of Celiac Patients in Jordan — known locally as CCCPS — we did not hesitate.
## Who CCCPS are and why the work matters
The Charitable Society for the Care of Celiac Patients is a registered Jordanian non-profit that supports people living with celiac disease across all governorates of the Kingdom. Their work covers medical awareness, nutritional guidance, and economic empowerment for patients who often face a real challenge: finding everyday foods that are genuinely safe to eat. A label that says "may contain traces of gluten" is the difference between a meal and a hospital visit for a celiac patient. The work CCCPS does is the work of giving people back the simple confidence of eating with their family.
## What Hello brought to the event
We took part in a community gathering for celiac families in Jordan and provided our certified gluten-free sauces free of charge to every attendee. The selection focused on items that families normally have to leave on the supermarket shelf because they cannot read the small print closely enough to be sure: ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, garlic sauce and BBQ. Each bottle was labelled clearly so parents and patients could pick it up with confidence.
## Why this matters beyond a single event
Donations are useful. Long-term change is more useful. For Hello, the gluten-free initiative is not a one-off campaign — it is a category commitment. Every product that can be produced gluten-free is produced gluten-free, and every label is written clearly so a parent doing the weekly shop in any supermarket in Jordan does not have to guess. The CCCPS event was a chance to put that commitment in front of the people it was built for, and to listen to what they need next.
## Listening to the community
Some of the most valuable feedback Hello has ever received came from conversations during the event. Parents asked us about smaller pack sizes that travel easily in lunchboxes. Young adults asked about sauces for grilling — they want to host friends without thinking about ingredients all night. A few of the older patients shared what life was like before gluten-free labelling existed in Jordan, and how far the country has come. These conversations directly inform what we build next.
## How to identify our gluten-free products
Every Hello product that is gluten-free carries a clear Gluten Free indicator on the front label. If you or someone in your family is celiac, you can also visit the product pages on our website where the gluten-free status is shown explicitly for every SKU. For HORECA partners — restaurants, hotels and cafés serving celiac guests — our sales team can provide a full list of gluten-free items with documentation.
## Thank you to CCCPS
The Charitable Society for the Care of Celiac Patients does work that quietly changes lives across Jordan. Hello is proud to stand alongside them, and we look forward to more events, more conversations, and a Jordanian food culture in which a celiac diagnosis never has to mean missing out on a meal.
